Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a robust background in digital health or healthcare to lead product strategy and manage key components of our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess over 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of developing and launching software products.
  • Collaborate effectively with Design, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to implement features that enhance key performance indicators.
  • Establish and oversee the product roadmap for your designated area.
  • Prioritize and execute strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Be responsible for the success of product launches, monitoring data to assess their effectiveness.
  • Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams regarding product direction.
  • Leverage data, market insights, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Biology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate experience in successfully launching products.
  • Ability to design a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and manage the complete product experience.
  • Exhibit deep empathy for end-users, ensuring our product meets their needs effectively.
  • Possess strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with clients and presenting product information.
  • Be analytical and data-driven in decision-making.
  • Demonstrate expertise in utilizing UX research and market analysis to guide product strategy.
  • Influence leadership across the organization.
  • Experience managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Background in B2B and B2C healthcare or digital health sectors.
  • Startup experience is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the behavioral or mental health sector is advantageous.
