As a Senior Product Manager at Trayt Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product vision and executing the strategic roadmap for your designated product area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess over 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of developing and launching software solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Design and Engineering, to deliver impactful features that enhance key performance indicators.
  • Establish and oversee the product roadmap for your area, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Prioritize initiatives strategically to drive successful business outcomes.
  • Take ownership of product launches, monitoring performance metrics to assess success.
  • Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams regarding product direction and updates.
  • Leverage data analytics, market insights, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Biology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate experience in successfully launching products in previous roles.
  • Exhibit the ability to design a minimum viable product (MVP) as well as a comprehensive product experience.
  • Show deep empathy for end-users, ensuring our product effectively meets their needs.
  • Possess strong problem-solving, project management, and communication capabilities.
  • Be comfortable engaging with clients and presenting product information.
  • Utilize an analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exhibit proficiency in utilizing UX research and market analysis to guide product strategies.
  • Influence and collaborate with leadership across the organization.
  • Experience managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Background in both B2B and B2C healthcare or digital health sectors is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a startup environment is essential.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Familiarity with the behavioral or mental health sector is advantageous.
