Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in digital health or healthcare to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in defining and executing product strategies while managing specific segments of our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess over 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of developing and launching software products.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Design and Engineering, to deliver impactful features that drive key performance indicators.
  • Establish and oversee the product roadmap for your designated area.
  • Prioritize initiatives strategically to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Take ownership of product launches, monitoring performance metrics closely to assess success.
  • Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams regarding product direction and updates.
  • Leverage data analytics, market insights, and competitive research to inform product decisions.
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Biology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate experience in successfully launching products in previous roles.
  • Ability to design a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) as well as a comprehensive product experience.
  • Exhibit deep empathy for end-users, translating their needs into effective product solutions.
  • Showcase strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Engage comfortably with clients and stakeholders, presenting product information effectively.
  • Be analytical and data-driven in decision-making processes.
  • Possess the ability to utilize UX research and market analysis to guide product strategies.
  • Influence key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have experience in both B2B and B2C healthcare or digital health sectors.
  • Prior experience in a startup environment is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the behavioral or mental health sector is highly desirable.

  • Annual salary range of $145K - $175K, plus stock options.
