Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive performance media strategy specifically designed for high-value brokerage clientele.
  • Establish a paid media portfolio from the ground up, ensuring it aligns with overarching business objectives.
  • Develop a detailed testing roadmap for performance marketing, incorporating multivariate testing and statistical evaluations.
  • Assess and prioritize tests based on their potential impact, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze unit economics to guarantee efficient and profitable performance marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver insights regarding cost structures, revenue streams, and profitability metrics.
  • Manage a performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and utilization.

  • Engage with the technical aspects of various performance marketing channels to identify and resolve issues.
  • Consistently optimize channel performance through thorough analysis and data-driven strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a small team dedicated to channel management.

Qualifications
  • Over 7 years of experience in performance marketing, emphasizing data-driven strategies and multivariate testing.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a profound understanding of multivariate testing and statistical methods.
  • Expertise in leveraging data to inform decisions and enhance marketing strategies.
  • Solid grasp of business and unit economics.
  • Capability to translate business objectives into effective performance marketing strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search, social media, display, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns through technical problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing marketing budgets.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to monitor and optimize expenditures.
  • Experience in building and leading a high-impact team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling paid media portfolios.
