Overview

MDVIP, a leading healthcare company based in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Physician Succession Account Manager to facilitate the sales of retiring physicians and their practices. This role will work closely with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition process.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in discovery calls to gather information about physician practices and prepare profiles for sale or acquisition.
  • Ensure relevant information is documented in CRM systems.
  • Recommend succession strategies to optimize results, including identifying opportunities to increase retiring physicians' engagement and allocating additional resources.
  • Collaborate with the Legal department to produce and deliver documents related to physician practice sales.
  • Present physician practice prospectuses and financial models to prospective buyers.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or Marketing, and at least three years of related business experience. Experience in account management, business brokerage sales, and sales relationships is preferred. The candidate should be skilled in presenting materials, concepts, and financial information to individuals or small groups, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
