Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five years of experience in Customer Success, Account Coordination, or Account Management.

  • Oversee corporate accounts across the United States, fostering and expanding these vital relationships. Build and maintain productive, professional connections with corporate liaisons, ensuring timely and consistent communication.
  • Proactively identify client needs and resolve account-related challenges by investigating issues, devising solutions, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring thorough follow-up.
  • Design and implement rollout and renewal strategies that promote high utilization rates among eligible participants.
  • Create, tailor, and deliver seminars, presentations, and meetings for existing and potential corporate account liaisons or members.
  • Regularly compile and analyze eligibility, participation, and budget reports for corporate account liaisons, developing strategies to enhance engagement.
  • Formulate growth strategies through the analysis of sales and utilization reports, alongside competitive intelligence research.
  • Encourage referrals from current clients and assist the Executive Director of Business Development in acquiring new corporate accounts.
  • Demonstrate professionalism through excellent telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a solid understanding of relevant business and budgeting systems, demonstrating flexibility to meet client needs.
