Job Description

Dealer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dealer Success Manager to join our team at Better Car People. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and customer service, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our dealer partners to ensure their success and growth within our organization.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with dealers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Analyze dealer performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between dealers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Assist dealers in onboarding and training on our products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for dealer growth and upsell/cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Handle any issues or concerns from dealers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed guidance to dealers.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent supervisory experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or related field. Automotive industry experience a plus.
  • Experience engaging with customers in a consultative role, influencing behavior changes and adoption of best practices.
  • Understanding of Internet and web applications (SaaS) with a curiosity and capacity to learn new technologies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of dealers.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and various automotive CRMs.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices.
