MDVIP, a leading healthcare company based in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a skilled Physician Succession Account Manager to facilitate the sales of retiring physicians and their practices. This role involves working closely with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition process.
Responsibilities- Participate in discovery calls to gather information about physician practices and prepare profiles for sale or acquisition.
- Recommend succession strategies to optimize results, including identifying opportunities to increase retiring physicians' engagement and allocating resources for successful support of retirements and patient retention efforts.
- Collaborate with the Legal department to produce and deliver documents, such as Brokerage Agreements, Promissory Notes, Succession Agreements, and Transition Assistance.
- Present physician practice prospectus and financial models to prospective buyers.
- Attend physician recruitment conferences to engage with potential buyers.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or Marketing, and at least three years of related business experience. Experience in account management, business brokerage sales, and sales relationships is also essential. You should be skilled in presenting materials, concepts, and financial information to individuals or small groups, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
