Customer Success Manager

Flybridge Staffing is seeking a seasoned professional to fill a Customer Success/Account Manager role for a client in the Boca Raton area. This direct-hire position offers a hybrid schedule of 2 days remote and provides an opportunity to support account retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate accounts across the US, fostering strong relationships with corporate liaisons and ensuring timely and consistent communication.
- Anticipate client needs and resolve account issues by investigating challenges, developing solutions, and collaborating with internal departments.
- Develop and execute rollout and renewal plans for clients, resulting in high utilization rates for eligible participants.
- Design and deliver seminars, presentations, and meetings with existing and prospective corporate accounts liaisons or prospective members.
- Compile eligibility, participation, and budget reports for corporate account liaisons regularly and develop plans to generate engagement.
- Define growth strategy through analysis and interpretation of sales and utilization reports, as well as competitive intelligence research.
- Generate referrals from existing clients and support the Executive Director of Business Development to sign new corporate accounts.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor, using excellent telephone etiquette and positive interpersonal skills.
- Work independently, establish priorities, and manage objectives with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Coordination, or Account Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant business and budgeting systems.
