About the Role

Flybridge Staffing is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team. This direct-hire position will work off a hybrid schedule of 2 days remote, supporting account retention and growth. As a key member of our team, you will manage corporate accounts across the US, communicating with different liaisons and eligible participants as the main point of contact to handle all issues and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Management: Manage corporate accounts across the US, cultivating and expanding these relationships. Establish productive, professional relationships with corporate liaisons and ensure proactive, timely, and consistent communication.
  2. Issue Resolution: Anticipate client needs and resolve account issues by investigating issues/challenges, developing solutions, collaborating with internal departments, and overseeing follow-up efforts.
  3. Client Engagement: Develop and execute rollout and renewal plans for clients that produce a high utilization rate for eligible participants.
  4. Business Development: Develop, customize, and conduct seminars, presentations, and meetings with existing and prospective corporate accounts liaisons or prospective members.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Proactively compile eligibility, participation, and budget reports for corporate account liaisons regularly and develop plans to generate engagement.
  6. Growth Strategy: Define growth strategy through analysis and interpretation of sales and utilization reports along with competitive intelligence research.
  7. Referrals and New Business: Generate referrals from existing clients and support the Executive Director of Business Development to sign new corporate accounts.
  8. Professionalism and Independence: Exhibit a professional demeanor, using excellent telephone etiquette and positive interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, establish priorities, and manage objectives with little supervision.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Coordination, or Account Management.
  • US Citizen, GC, EAD only.
