Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the monthly and quarterly financial reporting package, ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting standards, along with comprehensive analysis and commentary on performance against the Plan, prior year, and trailing twelve months.
  • Manage the weekly cash flow forecasting process.
  • Assist the Senior Management team in crafting and preparing the Annual Plan, Quarterly Outlooks, and long-term Strategic Plans.
  • Conduct in-depth analytics and modeling of essential financial elements.
  • Develop and refine models and methodologies to assess volume and margin trends, facilitating both short-term and medium-term forecasting.
  • Research, analyze, and consolidate data from various sources into actionable business insights and plans.
  • Create reports that enable departments to evaluate performance and variances against expectations.
  • Examine existing processes and procedures, offering recommendations for enhancements.
  • Support the annual financial statement audit, tax submissions, and physical inventory procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of Power BI reporting tools that assist the organization in measuring financial performance and key business metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Understanding of corporate accounting principles and U.S. GAAP; experience with international operations is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally within a manufacturing context.
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes in a high-growth business environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (essential).
