Compensation

Potential earnings of $130,500 at plan commission, contingent upon achieving sales targets; this is not a guaranteed salary.



Key Responsibilities

  • Adopt the role of a structured yet adaptable team member, committed to ongoing education and training from colleagues.
  • Offer strategic insights regarding products, plans, investments, and other avenues to assist clients in fulfilling their financial objectives.
  • Tailor financial strategies for each client, considering their professional circumstances, life stages, and changing financial requirements.
  • Establish, nurture, and secure robust relationships with new clients, acting as their trusted financial advisor.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to develop comprehensive financial profiles, enabling you to deliver sound financial guidance based on individual financial situations, income, goals, and other wealth management factors.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other relevant business or financial management tools is preferred.
  • Understanding of financial products, the financial sector, personal financial advisory roles, or financial planning responsibilities is crucial.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required.
  • Excellent communication and mathematical skills, complemented by a proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Possession of a valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 is advantageous but not mandatory.
