Job Title/Position:
Financial Planning Analyst

Job Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Financial Planning Analyst to become a vital part of our analytics division at Pinnacle Home Care Inc.

The Financial Planning Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial forecasting, budgeting, and comprehensive analysis to facilitate strategic decision-making throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess robust financial modeling capabilities, a firm grasp of accounting principles, and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and sustain financial models for various departments and initiatives.
2. Examine financial data to pinpoint trends, discrepancies, and areas for enhancement.
3. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to collect pertinent information for financial assessments.
4. Assist in crafting annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
5. Aid in the monthly financial reporting cycle, including variance analysis and management reports.
6. Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as required to assist in decision-making.
7. Continuously refine financial processes and systems to boost efficiency and precision.
8. Provide support to Payroll and Accounting teams, preparing Journal Entries as necessary.

Required Skills:
1. Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and financial software applications.
2. Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in effective issue resolution.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
5. Knowledgeable in accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
8. Experience with Payroll and Benefits reconciliation is advantageous.
9. Experience in the Healthcare sector is a plus.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a comparable role.
3. Must successfully pass a drug screening and background investigation.
