Randstad is collaborating with a prominent player in the manufacturing sector, renowned for its innovative equipment and automation solutions, to find a Financial Project Specialist. This role is a permanent opportunity that will involve working closely with the financial team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate electronic documentation and tracking numbers for various customer projects.
- Prepare and send service proposals to clients.
- Facilitate the invoicing process for completed service orders.
- Conduct thorough audits of all orders to ensure precision and completeness.
- Input and confirm sales orders within the financial software.
- Manage purchase requisitions for project-related acquisitions based on requests from project leads.
- Analyze and maintain comprehensive project status reports.
- Coordinate and report on the activities of team representatives weekly.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles such as Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, or Financial Analyst.
- A degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
- Experience with SAP software is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and professionally.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000, depending on experience, along with eligibility for year-end bonuses.
Work Schedule:
This role operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday in-office, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.
