Our firm is looking for a dynamic and skilled Client Accounting Advisory Manager (Hybrid) to enhance our growing team.

This role provides a unique blend of remote and in-office work, ensuring a balanced work-life experience.

As a vital member of our finance department, you will be instrumental in managing and advising on various client accounting issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and provide guidance on all facets of client accounting, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Utilize accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks to maintain precise financial records and produce insightful financial reports.
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP Accounting standards in all client accounting practices.
  • Deliver strategic financial advisory services to clients, assisting them in enhancing their financial performance and achieving their business goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor for their accounting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize accounting processes and enhance client services.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in client accounting and advisory roles.
  • Demonstrated experience with month-end and year-end closing, Sage, and QuickBooks.
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP Accounting principles.
  • Exceptional client service skills with the ability to foster and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and provide sound financial recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Capability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset to offer innovative solutions.
