Client Accounting Advisory Leader (Hybrid)

Salary:
$90,000 - $115,000 per year

Our firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Client Accounting Advisory Leader to enhance our client services. This role provides a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and provide guidance on all facets of client accounting, including month-end and year-end closing procedures.
2. Utilize accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks to ensure precise financial documentation and generate comprehensive financial reports.
3. Maintain adherence to GAAP Accounting standards in all client accounting activities.
4. Deliver strategic financial advisory services to clients, assisting them in enhancing their financial performance and achieving their business goals.
5. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for their accounting needs.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to refine accounting processes and elevate client service quality.
7. Stay informed about evolving financial regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
1. CPA certification is mandatory.
2. At least 3 years of experience in client accounting and advisory roles.
3. Demonstrated experience with month-end and year-end closing, as well as proficiency in Sage and QuickBooks.
4. Strong grasp of GAAP Accounting principles.
5. Exceptional client service abilities with a focus on building and maintaining robust relationships.
6. Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data and providing sound financial guidance.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Capability to thrive in a hybrid work setting, balancing remote and in-office tasks.
9. Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
10. Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset to offer innovative solutions.
