Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Financial Analyst to join our analytics team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

  • Develop and Maintain Financial Models: You will create and maintain sophisticated financial models for various business units and projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze Financial Data: Dive deep into financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Your insights will be crucial in driving informed decision-making across the company.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with teams from different departments to gather relevant information for financial analysis, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
  • Support Budgeting and Forecasting Processes: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans, contributing to the organization's financial stability and growth.
  • Prepare Financial Reports and Analyses: Generate comprehensive monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and management reporting. Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed to support strategic initiatives.
  • Continuously Improve Processes: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all financial operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and financial software applications.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on effective issue resolution.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
