Enablement Business Partner, Customer Teams

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enablement Business Partner to join our Customer Teams. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering best-in-class enablement programs to support our sales teams in achieving their revenue goals. You will work closely with our Customer Growth leadership team to identify needs and gaps, and develop enablement programs to close the gap.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver a broad range of GTM training programs to reduce ramp time and increase performance to revenue quotas
- Leverage skill and competency assessments to develop, plan, and deliver enablement activities
- Perform needs assessments to identify gaps and enablement opportunities that will drive and increase sales performance
- Build strong relationships with customer growth team leadership and serve as a Trusted Advisor and business partner
- Manage scaled enablement programs beyond your identified segment
- Collaborate with GTM leadership, marketing, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional teams on the development and dissemination of assets, materials, and job aids to the field
- Analyze and track enablement metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and identify opportunities for improvement
- 5+ years' experience in a combination of various roles in revenue enablement, customer success, sales, sales training, or a related field
- Proven track record of designing and implementing effective sales enablement programs
- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Organized and self-starting, able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to gain credibility at all levels
- Experience with sales enablement technologies and tools (prior knowledge of Showpad a plus)
