Job Summary

As a Senior Development Director at the American Heart Association, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and advancing our mission to be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our fundraising efforts and develop strategic partnerships with corporate and individual donors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with high-level corporate and individual donors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide staff support in planning, developing, and implementing campaigns and events

Requirements

- 5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or equivalent type experience
- Strong initiative to effectively prospect and secure new business with a reputation for donor-centric results
- Ability to do daily local travel; requires access to reliable transportation at all times on an immediate basis
