Sales Support Specialist

Role Overview: The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for executing various sales assistance tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Data Management: Process and analyze sales data, generate comprehensive sales reports, and utilize essential systems for order management.
  2. Order Processing: Receive, confirm, and manage orders while creating necessary documentation such as purchase orders and sales contracts.
  3. Client Engagement: Document inquiries from both new and existing clients, conduct market research to understand current demands, and prepare quotations for customers.
  4. Customer Support: Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, addressing questions and resolving issues related to sales orders.
  5. Account Monitoring: Keep track of overdue accounts and follow up as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Support for Service Staff: Collaborate with service personnel by providing timely updates on order statuses, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a smooth flow of information.

Information Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy of sales data by entering and updating client information in the database, creating detailed customer contact reports, and documenting project inquiries.
