Position OverviewWe are in search of a Vice President of Product Management to spearhead the product strategy aimed at accelerating the commercial growth of Freshservice, our rapidly expanding IT platform.
Freshservice is a cloud-based IT service management platform that empowers IT departments to deliver modern services and experiences. The ideal candidate will utilize insights into CIO priorities and IT operations workflows, along with AI advancements, to enhance our offerings and deliver significant value to end users and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Combine customer insights from various internal and external sources with a deep understanding of emerging technologies and the competitive landscape to formulate effective product strategies and a multi-year roadmap that drives revenue growth across small to large enterprise clients.
- Develop actionable, time-sensitive plans that align team members with deliverables to meet all product milestones.
- Collaborate successfully with and lead a diverse, globally distributed, cross-functional team encompassing product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to achieve business objectives.
- Design with customer satisfaction in mind to deliver value promptly, further enhancing Freshworks' reputation for innovation, execution, and customer satisfaction.
Build and nurture a high-performing product team and leaders, fostering a culture of diversity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent experience; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of product management leadership experience in similar business applications or product-led SaaS companies, with a minimum of 5 years in progressive leadership roles.
- Experience managing a scaled SaaS product with an ARR exceeding $250 million.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a history of building and leading high-performing, diverse teams.
Communication:Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with senior management and business leaders.
Go-to-Market Acumen:Work alongside sales and marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies.
Additional InformationThe annual OTE range for this position is competitive and based on various factors including location, experience, and job-related skills. Bonus and equity options may be available.
