Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with both new and existing clients via phone to promote preventive maintenance agreements and additional services.
  • Leverage sales leads, prospect lists, and historical data to identify potential customers, collaborating closely with company personnel.
  • Prepare and present customer quotations in accordance with company standards, ensuring clarity in pricing and service details.
  • Maintain organized records of all quotes and sales for efficient reference during customer inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the General Service Manager and store Service Manager to devise effective sales strategies addressing customer concerns.
  • Conduct daily follow-up calls to check on the status of pending quotes.
  • Submit monthly sales reports to the General Service Manager, detailing all quotes and sales activities.
  • After finalizing a sale, ensure the quote and relevant details are forwarded to the Service Department for accurate scheduling.
  • Review and manage customer service contracts to guarantee compliance with larger corporate requirements.
  • Provide essential company information, including history, safety data, and necessary documentation for service contracts.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance quotes and agreements that span multiple locations.
  • Establish competitive pricing for bids, parts, travel, and other charges to ensure comprehensive and appealing proposals.
  • Work with various stores to determine which locations will service specific clients.
  • Support PM sales initiatives, training, and reporting to enhance sales growth across all stores.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email.
  • Strong typing, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure skills.
  • Adept at reading and interpreting detailed bid specifications.
  • Capable of establishing phone contact with clients and prospects at all business levels.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments, including Sales, Service, Rental, Parts, and Manufacturing.
  • Professional phone demeanor and communication skills.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
