Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential double brokers and unreliable carriers.
  • Provide accurate quotes for flatbed, stepdeck, RGN, and hotshot services based on market insights.
  • Leverage existing carrier relationships to secure competitive rates for Superloads.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding scheduling and estimated arrival times with professionalism.
  • Foster a respectful and collaborative work environment.
