Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with both prospective and existing clients via telephone to promote preventive maintenance contracts and additional services.
  • Leverage sales leads, prospect lists, historical work orders, and collaborate with colleagues to identify potential customers.
  • Prepare customer quotes adhering to company standards, clearly outlining pricing and services.
  • Organize all quotes and sales documentation for easy access during customer inquiries or follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the General Service Manager and store Service Manager to formulate sales strategies addressing customer concerns.
  • Conduct daily follow-up calls to check on the status of pending quotes.
  • Submit monthly sales reports to the General Service Manager, detailing all quotes and sales activities.
  • After finalizing a sale, relay the quote and relevant details to the Service Department for accurate scheduling.
  • Review and manage customer service contracts to ensure compliance with larger corporate clients.
  • Provide necessary company information, including history, safety data, and insurance certificates for service contracts.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance quotes and agreements that span multiple locations.
  • Establish competitive pricing for bids, parts, travel, and other charges.
  • Work with all involved stores to determine which locations will service specific sites.
  • Deliver PM sales support, training, renewal reports, and assist in expanding PM sales across all stores.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email.
  • Strong typing, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure skills.
  • Adept at reading and interpreting detailed written specifications.
  • Comfortable making phone contacts with clients and prospects at all business levels.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments, including Sales, Service, Rental, Parts, and Manufacturing.
  • Professional phone demeanor and communication skills.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
