Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Samaritan House. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our clients and constituents, ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming atmosphere in our reception area.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to client services constituents, including managing reception, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls and voicemails.
- Assist with intake services, determining the appropriate direction for clients and providing referrals to external resources or agency information.
- Support the Holiday Program as assigned, including providing administrative support and assistance with program-related tasks.
- Assist with training and supervision of assigned program volunteers.
- Maintain professional boundaries with all agency constituents and ensure confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the job.
- AA degree in social or human services or related field preferred; related experience may substitute for educational requirements.
- Two years of experience working in an administrative or customer service role in a non-profit/human services program, including general reception.
- Bilingual and bicultural English/Spanish candidate required, with excellent computer proficiency and ability to learn new computer databases.
- Strong administrative, adaptive, multi-tasking, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
