Administrative Coordinator

Planet Pharma is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to managers and employees, including organization and communication tasks.
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive material with discretion.
- Develop and maintain a filing system, and ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, and maintain contact lists.
- Order office supplies, book travel arrangements, and submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors, and answer and direct phone calls.
- Take dictation, and research and create important presentations and develop processes.
- Generate reports, handle multiple projects, and prepare and monitor invoices.
- Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions proactively.
- Confidentiality: Must handle sensitive information with discretion.
