Director of Talent Acquisition Role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the development and execution of our talent acquisition strategy. This individual will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent to serve our students and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize our talent acquisition process to enhance the candidate experience
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of referrals from existing teachers and staff
  • Develop high-quality job descriptions and job posts that align with our organizational vision
  • Maximize our social media presence and employer brand to attract top candidates
  • Collaborate with school leaders to innovate and implement new talent acquisition strategies
  • Manage all online recruitment platforms and coordinate the hiring process
  • Ensure a seamless and efficient talent acquisition experience for candidates
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in talent acquisition
  • Expertise in screening and interviewing job candidates
  • Passion for building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams
  • Strategic vision and operational agility
