Director of Talent Acquisition RoleWe are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the development and execution of our talent acquisition strategy. This individual will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent to serve our students and families.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize our talent acquisition process to enhance the candidate experience
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of referrals from existing teachers and staff
- Develop high-quality job descriptions and job posts that align with our organizational vision
- Maximize our social media presence and employer brand to attract top candidates
- Collaborate with school leaders to innovate and implement new talent acquisition strategies
- Manage all online recruitment platforms and coordinate the hiring process
- Ensure a seamless and efficient talent acquisition experience for candidates
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in talent acquisition

- Exceptional communication skills
We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $105K to $120K, based on experience level.
