POSITION SUMMARY

The CT Imaging Technologist at Loma Linda University is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for executing advanced imaging procedures. This role operates under general supervision and is essential in delivering high-quality diagnostic images for patient care.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this full-time position, you will:

  • Conduct three-dimensional (3-D) post-processing and triage patients for CT examinations.
  • Perform Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA) for adult patients.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and clinical students.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and corporate regulations while maintaining a safe and effective imaging environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completion of an accredited American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Educational Program is mandatory.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Computed Tomography (CT) is required.
  • Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (CRT), ARRT (R), and Advanced License in Computed Tomography (CT) is essential, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) and IV certifications.

  • The capability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
