Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our Commercial Entertainment team at Marsh McLennan Agency. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, selling new lines of coverage, and cross-selling within our existing book of business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality service to clients, addressing various coverage issues, contract analysis, exposure analysis, and handling all inside service work associated with client accounts.
- Sell new lines of coverage and cross-sell within the existing book of business.
- Manage and control relationships with clients, including business managers and individual customers.
- Oversee all processes related to renewals, account management, and new business development.
- Ensure Standard Operating Guidelines (SOGs) are used and followed for all insurance transactions.
- 3-7 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in commercial entertainment insurance.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Current California Department of Insurance License.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
