Accounting Clerk - Cash Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Contract Accounts Receivable professional to join our dynamic finance team at Jobot.

About the Role:
  • Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations, to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any billing or payment issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of cash management and cash flow forecasting.
