About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our Personal Lines team at Marsh McLennan Companies. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, selling new lines of coverage, and cross-selling within our existing book of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality service to customers, including addressing coverage issues, contract analysis, and exposure analysis.
  • Manage and control relationships with clients, including business managers and individual customers.
  • Perform daily servicing of customers, including addressing various coverage issues, contract analysis, exposure analysis, and handling inside service work associated with clients' accounts.
  • Inform producers on strategic account issues, claims, and other potential problems.
  • Oversee all processes related to renewals, account management, and new business development.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of client management experience.
  • College degree preferred (high school diploma required).
  • Current California Department of Insurance License.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with utilizing agency management system, Applied EPIC, preferred.
