About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Communication Log daily, creating transmittal letters and other correspondence letters as necessary, and gathering and compiling insurance documentation from clients into our agency management system, Applied EPIC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the Communication Log daily
  • Create transmittal letters and other correspondence letters as necessary
  • Gather and compile insurance documentation from clients into our agency management system, Applied EPIC
  • Review and maintain agency EPIC files accurately and consistently documenting conversations in emails and other notes sent to clients
  • Generate Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR), C.L.U.E. (Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange) reports and property reports
  • Draft proposal templates
Requirements
