**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Personal Lines team at Marsh McLennan Companies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, selling new lines of coverage, and cross-selling within our existing book of business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality service to customers, including addressing coverage issues, contract analysis, and exposure analysis.
- Manage and control relationships with clients, including business managers and individual customers.
- Perform daily servicing of customers, including addressing various coverage issues, contract analysis, exposure analysis, and handling endorsement activity.
- Inform the Producer on strategic account issues, claims, and other potential problems.
- Oversee all processes related to renewals, account management, and new business development.
- 5-10 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
- College degree preferred (high school diploma required).
- Current California Department of Insurance License.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with utilizing agency management system, Applied EPIC, preferred.
