About the Role
The Regional Manager, Channel Retail will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals across multiple consumer and carrier reseller partners. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Develop and implement growth strategies across multiple business partners
- Manage the complete Apple Business across multiple consumer and carrier reseller partners
- Provide direction and guidance to team members to ensure they have the tools necessary to turn their skills and talent into amazing results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal sales teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and channel partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic, results-driven environment
- Proven success in managing and inspiring a field retail sales team to attain revenue targets
- Experience managing a remote/geographically dispersed team
- Proven understanding and experience working in Consumer and Carrier Sales channels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Adept at executive customer influence
