Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales plans to drive sales growth and exceed targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales engineers and representatives to achieve sales objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

- Manage budget and expenses, and monitor sales performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of industrial sales and marketing experience

- Deep knowledge of Yaskawa and competitors' products, channels, and strategies
- Thorough understanding of situational selling, value propositions, and interpersonal relationships
