Job Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Project Associate with at least 2 years of experience in the commercial architectural domain. This role presents an excellent opportunity for professional growth within our dynamic and collaborative environment, allowing you to develop a comprehensive skill set. Experience in educational facilities is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in project development during the design phases.
  • Ensure adherence to project delivery timelines and address any concerns with the project team.
  • Prepare presentation materials for schematic and design development phases.
  • Generate construction documentation and specifications.
  • Develop and manage BIM projects throughout all project phases.
  • Coordinate with consultants using BIM, 2D documentation, and specifications.
  • Support the Project Architect in preparing pricing requests and reviewing shop drawings.
  • Conduct site visits as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM 360, Bluebeam Revu, and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with Navisworks and AutoDesk FormIt is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution or completion of an architectural technology program with relevant experience is preferred.
