Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the Managing Principal on upscale residential projects
  • Oversee and coordinate the preparation of construction documentation
  • Create detailed technical CAD drawings adhering to office standards
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and external consultants
  • Integrate architectural designs with engineering consultants
  • Develop technical drawings under the guidance of the Project Manager
  • Organize and manage submissions to local authorities
  • Conduct zoning assessments and document existing conditions
  • Investigate construction materials and systems
  • Support general office and project-related tasks
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
  • 3-5 years of experience in an architectural firm
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
  • Experience in producing construction documentation
  • Consistent ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-driven with strong communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about modern and contemporary architecture
  • Familiarity with Sketchup, Bluebeam, and similar software is advantageous
