Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks and providing general support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book loads and enter orders tendered from customers, schedule pick-up and delivery, and assist internal customers with problems on loads.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including processing and coding documents, maintaining records and files, and compiling and arranging data.
  • Monitor freight in transit and customer location requests for appointments.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED with less than 1 year of working experience.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic keyboarding and typing skills.
  • The ability to learn new systems quickly.
