Job Overview

This role, under direct supervision, entails executing meticulous clerical tasks and providing general administrative assistance to various teams.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and schedule pick-up and delivery times.
  • Track freight in transit and manage customer appointment requests.
  • Provide assistance to internal teams regarding load issues.
  • Conduct general administrative tasks, including document processing, record maintenance, and data compilation.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED with less than one year of relevant experience.

  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Quick adaptability to new systems.
  • Proficient keyboarding and typing skills.
  • Commitment to meeting customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • High accuracy in information processing.

Compensation Details

Starting pay may vary based on skills, education, experience, location, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may also qualify for annual bonuses and incentives based on company profitability or volume metrics, as per the company's incentive plans.
