Position Overview:


This role is primarily focused on assisting the recruitment team in various essential tasks aimed at enhancing the hiring process for both hourly and salaried non-exempt positions.

The individual in this role will contribute to the daily recruitment operations within a specific business unit or functional area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, update, and oversee job postings
  • Arrange and coordinate travel logistics for candidates
  • Welcome and guide candidates during their interview process
  • Organize interview schedules for hiring managers
  • Communicate job details and application progress to candidates
  • Initiate and oversee pre-employment procedures (e.g., background checks and drug screenings)
  • Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires and prepare them for their first day
  • Facilitate recruitment events such as job fairs, advertising campaigns, and interview days
  • Provide additional recruitment support as necessary


Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent with at least 6 months of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Compensation:


Starting pay may vary based on skills, education, experience, geographic location, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position may also qualify for annual bonuses and incentives based on company performance and profitability, in accordance with the terms of the company's incentive plans.
