Compensation
Starting pay may vary based on skills, education, experience, location, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may also qualify for annual bonuses and incentives based on profitability or volume, in accordance with the company's plans.
Benefits
The company provides a range of benefits for full-time employees, subject to eligibility requirements. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and paid time off that increases with tenure. Additional benefits include six weeks of paid maternity leave, two weeks of paid parental leave, and six paid holidays each year.
