Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of freight operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Freight Operations: Book loads, enter orders, schedule pick-ups and deliveries, and assist internal customers with problems on loads.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including processing and coding documents, maintaining records and files, and compiling and arranging data.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and proficiency in keyboarding and typing.
