Recruitment Support Specialist

Job Overview:
This role is primarily focused on assisting the recruitment team in various essential tasks aimed at streamlining the hiring process for both hourly and salaried non-exempt positions.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Core Duties:
Manage, update, and oversee job advertisements
Arrange and coordinate travel logistics for candidates
Welcome and guide candidates during their interview process as necessary
Organize interview schedules for hiring managers
Communicate position specifics and application updates to job candidates
Initiate and oversee pre-employment procedures (e.g., background checks and drug tests)
Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires and prepare them for their initial day
Facilitate recruitment events such as job fairs, advertising campaigns, and interview days
Provide additional recruitment assistance as required
Required Qualifications:
Minimum
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
Preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Business Administration/Management, Communications, Psychology, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience, education, and training.
Demonstrated professionalism
Flexibility and adaptability in various situations
Effective communication skills across all platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong multitasking capabilities
Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
Experience in event coordination and logistics management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in compiling reports
Background in customer service roles
Experience in a dynamic work environment
Strong active listening skills
Willingness to assist colleagues

Compensation Details:
Starting pay may vary based on skills, education, experience, location, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position may qualify for annual bonuses and incentives based on company profitability or performance metrics, in accordance with the terms of the Company's bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.

The Company provides the following benefits for full-time roles, subject to applicable eligibility criteria, which may change over time: medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, paid time off based on tenure (including vacation and sick leave), six weeks of paid maternity leave along with two weeks of paid parental leave, and six paid holidays each year.
