Job Opportunity

GTG Peterbilt – Cedar Rapids, IA is a leading provider of quality products and services to commercial equipment users. We offer a wide range of new and previously owned commercial trucks, as well as a full suite of maintenance and repair services.

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Territory Manager. This is a base salary plus commission position that requires a proven sales record and experience in the heavy-duty truck field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with new and existing customers.
  • Identify new opportunities for potential sales.
  • Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of the industry and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and consumer psychology.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the region.
