Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Sales Representative to join our team at Rite-Hite. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts.
  • Prospect and secure new customers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 4-year degree and a minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A good mechanical aptitude and ability to understand complex products and systems.
  • Knowledge of your territory and its customer base, with the ability to develop solid territory business plans.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
