Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team at Airgas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth within an assigned sales territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts.
- Cultivate customer relationships by developing a deep knowledge of the customer's business and establishing a consultative relationship.
- Engage customers by linking the customer's business priorities to the Airgas value proposition.
- Prepare sales proposals by quoting pricing, establishing credit terms, and estimated date of delivery to customer.
- Stay up-to-date with industry insights, current Airgas product mixes, and monitor competition.
- Partner with internal resources to accomplish growth objectives.
- Manage and submit sales reports as required by District Manager.
- Review and manage existing customer Accounts Receivable balances.
- Bachelor's degree required; consideration for up to 4 years of additional related experience may be accepted.
- Minimum of 3 years of prior outside business-to-business sales experience.
- Proven success using a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent organizational, written and oral communication, listening and presentation skills.
- Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office preferred.
- Reliable transportation and current driver's license required.
