  • Fully stocked breakroom and kitchen, with chef-prepared meals provided daily.
  • Access to a state-of-the-art onsite fitness center (Corporate HQ) featuring instructor-led classes, plus a gym stipend for remote team members.
  • Engaging wellness challenges throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure necessary approvals for purchases prior to order placement and obtain confirmations from suppliers regarding quantities, specific SKU details, requested delivery dates, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and analyze demand generation tools, including forecasts, historical sales data, and equipment movements, while considering factors such as seasonality and economic influences.
  • Identify potential areas for improvement and propose actionable plans along with the anticipated benefits of such changes.
  • Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, designed to promote best practices across the supply chain. If adjustments are necessary, communicate them to your supervisor.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to stay informed about internal communications, daily objectives, and performance metrics, along with safety reminders.
  • Address inquiries and issues related to order tracking promptly while keeping your supervisor updated.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects aimed at developing a top-tier supply chain operation, from order placement through to customer delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs regarding supply, demand, and purchasing practices to facilitate timely and cost-effective order fulfillment.
  • Maintain adherence to all company processes and local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
