Position Overview

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator to become an integral part of our pioneering team as we establish a new educational institution.

At Guidepost Montessori, we are a collective of passionate educators dedicated to transforming the educational landscape. Role Responsibilities:

Initially, the Executive Administrative Coordinator will assist with front desk operations, administrative tasks, and customer service functions. As the institution becomes operational, this role may evolve into a School Operations Assistant position, encompassing a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Fostering a positive campus culture that aligns with our organizational mission
  • Organizing and facilitating community engagement events
  • Conducting tours for prospective families and assisting in the enrollment process
  • Overseeing the enrollment pipeline through effective management of leads
  • Handling daily operational tasks such as billing, supply procurement, and maintenance scheduling
  • Engaging with parents to build a supportive community and address inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:

We invite you to apply if you possess:

  • An Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Completion of 90 clock hours or equivalent early childhood coursework
  • Leadership experience in early childhood education
  • A natural ability to connect with individuals
  • Strong organizational capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen attention to detail and results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with computer systems
  • A high level of personal initiative

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in admissions, administration, or program management within a preschool setting
  • Familiarity with the Montessori educational approach or possession of a Montessori certification
  • Experience with CRM systems and billing software
  • Knowledge of the local community to enhance marketing efforts
