Job Description

Job Summary

Early Morning Software, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise SaaS Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts, driving new business opportunities, and retaining and growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales calls to articulate the value proposition of our software solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close, including forecasting, quote and proposal development, and reporting
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activity, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in cloud or SaaS sales
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership or management
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technology and software products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the software industry, particularly in sales and marketing
  • Knowledge of cloud-based software solutions and their applications
  • Experience working with government, transportation, and construction organizations
