Housing Assistance Program Supervisor at Plymouth Housing Group

Plymouth Housing Group is a nonprofit organization committed to delivering permanent supportive housing solutions for individuals facing chronic homelessness in the region. As a Housing Assistance Program Supervisor, you will be instrumental in managing participant referrals and new admissions, ensuring adherence to regulations, and upholding exceptional data integrity for this federally funded rental assistance initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new participant admissions and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Evaluate and process new applications for program eligibility.
  • Coordinate initial property inspections and authorize applications.
  • Provide training to partner organizations and oversee subcontractor compliance.
  • Maintain the SPC database and collaborate with IT for accurate reporting.
  • Assist with audits, contract renewals, and financial oversight.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of administrative or project management experience.
  • Experience with voucher or tenant-based assistance programs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with rental subsidy regulations and social service initiatives is desirable.
